As a member of Tau Beta Pi, you will have received an official piece of jewelry in the shape of the Bent - either as a pin or a charm - at initiation or shortly after being initiated. They are an excellent way to stand out among your peers in professional development events, conferences, career fairs, and more! Treat your pin/charm as if it was sacred! Like a high school/college ring, your pin is unique to you. Your name, Tau Beta Pi chapter, and graduation year are all engraved into the back of your jewelry.
What If My Pin/Charm Is Damaged?
It can happen. (Your Bent isn't made of diamond or other indestructible materials after all!) The official jewelry were manufactured by Legacy Deuteron, Inc., and they are covered under their Lifetime Warranty. Should your pin/charm become damaged, you can mail it to the following address:

If you want to ask them any questions or otherwise get service prior to sending your pin/charm, contact them by email at service@legacydeuteron.com or by phone at (508) 459-5910. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable and insured method of shipment like USPS Priority Mail. Allow up to 30 days for your jewelry to be returned.
What If I Lost My Pin/Charm?
Unfortunately, Legacy's Lifetime Warranty does not cover lost jewelry. If you lose your pin/charm, you will need to purchase a new one from Tau Beta Pi's official online store.
